CAN I CHEAT? +

Yes, in the app. Everyone gets 3 cheats per week by default. In a group challenge, every cheat sends a notification to the whole group.

HOW DO GROUP CHALLENGES WORK? +

Start a challenge, invite friends, set the rules, and agree on a loser punishment — bake a cake, buy dinner, post a cringe story. Whoever cheats most does the thing.

CAN I SET LOCATION-BASED LOCKS? +

Yes. Schedule "gym Mondays at 6pm" and if your location says you're on the couch, your apps stay locked until you actually arrive.

DOES IT WORK ON IPHONE AND ANDROID? +

Yes — any phone with NFC (basically every phone in the last 8 years). Just hold your phone near the tag.

IS IT ONLY IN ENGLISH? +
